Dahline specializes in industrial real estate—representing tenants, buyers, and both institutional and private property owners throughout the Puget Sound region. He has consistently been recognized for his outstanding performance, including receiving a Top Broker Award and the Next Generation Award from Connect CRE.

For over 80 years, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® has been the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 4,000 members in 50 countries, it represents some of today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. The SIOR designation is awarded to individuals who meet certain gross revenue and transaction standards, education, ethics, and endorsements.
