Erin French, CPM®, CCIM leads Kidder Mathews Asset Services across all markets, overseeing business development and the delivery of tailored solutions to maximize value for clients.
Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2002, Erin has played a central role in expanding the division’s capabilities and market presence. A longtime shareholder, she served as Asset Services Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to President. Prior to that, she led Kidder Mathews’ South Sound property management group in Tacoma, Washington for 17 years.
Through Erin’s leadership, Asset Services has grown to record numbers. In 2023, the division marked its highest revenue to date—adding largescale assignments such as one million square feet of office space at 555 Tower in downtown Bellevue, Washington and 651,000 square feet with Lift Real Estate Partners in Northern California. These assignments added to the firm’s many noteworthy properties already under management, including Starbucks’ Seattle headquarters, which earned the Pacific Northwest Regional BOMA TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Erin is licensed in real estate in Washington State and is an active member of both the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Office and Industrial Park (NAIOP) Washington Chapter. She received the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2002 and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009.
